Nestled amongst our very own vineyard, you'll find utter relaxation with views of the vineyards and surrounding hills. Our apartment is connected to our holiday home. It is complete with a bathroom and kitchenette that will make you feel right at home.

 

Pond Paddock Vineyard is located in Martinborough's beautiful and renowned Te Muna Valley.  "Te Muna" is Māori for "special" or "secret place". Its climate is similar to Burgundy: warm during the day and cool at night. This climate and its free-draining gravel soil produce Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of excellent quality.

Pond Paddock Vineyard is only five minutes from downtown Martinborough, one hour from Wellington and forty-five minutes from Masterton.

Our one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient base for your Martinborough getaway. The house was built in 1999, and the apartment was renovated in 2014. The property boasts modern features and excellent insulation, including double-glazed windows. The spacious bathroom features a shower, toilet, large sink, and washing-drying machine.


The living room is cosy and inviting. It has a queen-sized bed, a double sofa bed, a TV*, and a small table. The kitchenette includes a stove, refrigerator, and microwave.


While we share the property, the apartment is exclusively yours. Enjoy the peace and quiet of your private space, and take advantage of the shared amenities: a heated pool (available from December to February), a countryside garden, and a vineyard. Secure off-street parking and an external power plug for electric vehicles are also available. Linen and towels are provided.

Please note that the pool is seasonal, operating from December to February. As there is no lifeguard on duty, please use the pool at your own risk. Children under 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
