300gr. flour
20 gr. of fresh yeast
1/2 glass of lukewarm water
1 pinch of salt
30 gr. sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp. oil
2 eggs

Method:
Mix all the ingredients.
Let rise for at least 1 hour.
Knead again.
Spread on oven paper (or in a previously buttered pie pan).
Let rise another 1 hour.
Sprinkle with small pieces of butter and powdered sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes at 220°C.
