Brownies

This is a quick and easy recipe for brownies using a box brownie mix. Brownies are baked in a microwave.

Ingredients:

• 1 box brownie mix

• 60 ml cup water

• 60 ml canola oil

• 1 egg, beaten

Method:

1. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
   

2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions, stirring together the brownie mix, water, oil and egg in a medium bowl.
   

3. Spread the brownie batter in the prepared dish and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the centre is set.
   

4. Cool brownies completely before serving.
